I caught a show on 1/18/14 discussing fair trade coffee tours and found it incredibly fascinating. The guest they had on the show seemed very knowledgeable, but I can't recall their name. Does anyone remember who it was or have any recommendations for fair trade coffee tours? I'm particularly interested in tours that not only showcase the coffee-making process but also emphasize the impact on local communities. Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
