Question Luggage Issues on RS Tours?

I'm considering booking the Germany/Austria tour that covers Munich, Salzburg, and Vienna, but I've heard mixed reviews about luggage handling on Road Scholar tours. Is it really a hassle, or do they provide adequate support? How do you usually manage your bags during travel days? Any tips or experiences would be really helpful!
