I just had one of the most memorable meals at a restaurant called hos Thea in Oslo. They offer a fantastic 4- or 6-course menu that really blew me away. The ambiance was cozy and the service was top-notch. I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar experience or if you have other restaurant recommendations in Oslo that are just as unforgettable.
