Question Mittenwald Stay with a Night in Hall in Tirol or Vipiteno Italy

We're planning a trip with 3 nights in Mittenwald and considering adding a night in Hall in Tirol on our way to Salzburg. Alternatively, we're thinking about Vipiteno in Italy. Has anyone done a similar route? How was your experience with the accommodations and the journey between these places? Any recommendations on must-see spots or hidden gems in these areas would be fantastic. Also, if you've stayed in both Hall in Tirol and Vipiteno, which one would you recommend and why?
