Question Oslo to Stockholm by Train - Experiences and Tips?

I'm considering traveling from Oslo to Stockholm by train and found out it takes about 5 1/2 hours. We have several days to explore and I'm curious about what the journey is like. Has anyone made this trip? How comfortable is the train ride, and are there any must-see sights along the way? Also, any tips on booking tickets or choosing the best time to travel would be really helpful.
