I'm planning a trip to Portugal in January and trying to figure out if it's doable to stay within striking distance of Lisbon for some cultural activities while also having access to some less crowded, older-man-friendly reefs or points for surfing. Not interested in crowded beach breaks. Also, wondering if a 3/2 wetsuit would be sufficient for the water temperatures then. Any insights or recommendations on areas that fit this vibe?
