I've noticed a lot of discussions about trip insurance, often focusing on the negatives like denied claims. I wanted to share my positive experience with John Hancock Trip Insurance. When I had to cancel my trip unexpectedly due to a family emergency, they were incredibly responsive and helped me through the claims process smoothly.
