For anyone planning to visit Tallinn in 2023 and 2024, be aware that there are going to be several disruptions and changes to the public transport system. I've heard about some construction works and route adjustments, but I'm not entirely sure how this will affect getting around the city. Has anyone experienced these changes firsthand?
