Discussion Ravina Suitcase Issues - Anyone Else?

Both my wife and I have Ravina suitcases, and this year both have developed the same issue. Often we find the zippers getting stuck or the handles not retracting properly. It's frustrating, especially when we're in a hurry at the airport. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with Ravina suitcases? How did you resolve them, or did you end up switching brands? Would love to hear if this is a common issue or just bad luck on our part.
