Just finished four nights in Trier, and I wanted to share my experience at the Kolpinger Hostel. It's located right in the city center, which made it super convenient for exploring. The atmosphere was friendly, and the facilities were decent. The highlight for me was definitely the restaurant attached to the hostel. They served some amazing local dishes! Has anyone else stayed there? What did you think about the food and overall vibe? Any tips for navigating the city while you're there?

Sounds like you had a fantastic stay at Kolpinger Hostel! I love when hostels have great food options—it really adds to the experience. Since you're into exploring, have you checked out the Porta Nigra or the Trier Cathedral yet? Both are must-sees and super close to the city center. Also, any local dishes you'd recommend trying again?

Glad to hear you enjoyed Kolpinger Hostel! The location sounds unbeatable for exploring Trier. Since you're into local cuisine, did you get a chance to try the Saumagen? It's a regional specialty that's worth a taste. For navigating the city, I'd recommend renting a bike—it's a great way to cover more ground and see hidden spots like the Kaiserthermen. What was your favorite dish at the hostel restaurant?
