Express Laundry sounds like a great option too! I completely agree about separating clothes by color and fabric; it really saves time and prevents any mishaps.  If you're driving around, maybe you could explore the Tunnel of Hope or the historic Baščaršija area while you wait for your laundry. Which sights are on your list? Sarajevo has so much to offer!
