I'm headed to Salt Lake City in February with my family for some skiing. We're excited to hit the slopes, but I’d love some advice on where to ski nearby. Are there specific resorts that are family-friendly? Also, any recommendations for dining or activities in Salt Lake City when we're not on the mountain would be great. How do you usually balance skiing and exploring the city during your trips?
Salt Lake City is a fantastic base for skiing! For family-friendly resorts, consider Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley. Both offer great slopes for all skill levels and have excellent amenities. When you're off the mountain, the Natural History Museum and the Hogle Zoo are fun spots for the family. Balancing skiing and city exploration can be tricky; I usually dedicate mornings to the slopes and afternoons for local adventures. How does that sound for your trip?
