I just heard that Southwest Airlines, which has always been known for allowing two free checked bags, is starting to charge for some checked bags. This is a big change from their previous policy. Does anyone have more details on when this starts and which types of bags will be affected? Also, how do you think this will impact travelers who chose Southwest specifically for their baggage policy?
