Question Staying at Tilbury Hotel Before a Cruise

There are 4 adults arriving in London for a cruise out of Tilbury in September 2025. We're considering staying at the Tilbury Hotel the night before our cruise. Has anyone stayed there recently? How was your experience with the rooms, service, and proximity to the cruise terminal? Also, any tips for getting from the hotel to the terminal with luggage would be super helpful. Looking forward to hearing your experiences!
