Advice Swansea to Heathrow: Bus or Train?

Looking for advice about bus vs. train for getting to our flight home out of Heathrow on a Saturday. We're trying to figure out which option is more reliable and comfortable, especially considering we'll have luggage. Has anyone made this trip recently? How was your experience with delays, cost, and overall convenience? Any tips would be super helpful!
