I came across this tour called The Chef Tours Paris and learned about it from another post. However, I just found out that PJ is no longer with Eating Europe. Has anyone taken this tour recently or know how it's been affected by this change? I'm curious if Chef PJ's absence has impacted the experience or if it's still worth checking out.
