I booked a Colosseum tour in Rome about 3 weeks ago through Get Your Guide, and I just received an email saying my tickets have been canceled. Has anyone else experienced this with Get Your Guide? I'm not sure what to do next - should I try to rebook with them or look for another provider? Also, any advice on how to handle the refund process would be appreciated. It's my first time dealing with something like this, and I'm a bit stressed about it.
