I had a terrible booking experience with Timberbush Tours, and their customer service was just the worst. After multiple attempts to resolve my issues, I felt completely ignored and frustrated. Has anyone else had a similar experience with them? What did you do to handle it? I'm really curious to hear how others navigated their booking problems or if things improved later on.
