Question Tipping Etiquette in Bosnia

I have an elderly friend traveling solo to Sarajevo. She's planning to hire a guide and is unsure about the tipping etiquette there. Does anyone know what the standard tipping rate is for guides in Bosnia? Also, are there any other situations where tipping is expected? Any advice would be really helpful for her trip planning.
