I'm visiting Bayeux and doing an all-day tour, which should wrap up around 6 pm. I need to get to CDG Airport afterward for my flight. Can anyone suggest the best way to make this connection? I’m concerned about timing and whether I should take a train, bus, or maybe a taxi. How long does it usually take, especially factoring in evening traffic? Any advice would be super helpful!

Traveling from Bayeux to CDG in the evening can be a bit tight, but it's doable with some planning. The train is usually the most reliable option—take the TER from Bayeux to Caen, then switch to a TGV to Paris. From there, you can catch the RER B to CDG. Total travel time is around 3.5 hours, but check schedules as evening trains can be less frequent. If you're worried about timing, consider booking a private transfer from Bayeux to CDG for peace of mind. Have you thought about leaving your tour a bit early to give yourself more buffer time?
