I have a friend who lives in Riga, Latvia, and I'm considering visiting them. I'm fully vaccinated, but I'm not sure about the current travel restrictions or requirements for entering Latvia. Does anyone have recent experience traveling there? Also, any tips on must-see places in Riga or nearby would be great. I'm interested in both historical sites and natural beauty.
