Hi everyone! I'm a big fan of Rick Steves, but I noticed there wasn't much coverage on Tromso in winter. I've been curious about visiting this Arctic city during the winter months. Is it a great destination for those looking to experience the Northern Lights and winter activities? What kind of things can I do there?
