Question TSA Pre-check or Global Entry for Occasional International Travel?

I'm trying to decide between TSA Pre-check and Global Entry. I only travel internationally every few years, so I'm not sure which one would be more beneficial for me. Does Global Entry make sense if I'm not flying internationally often? Or is TSA Pre-check sufficient for my needs? Would love to hear from those who have experience with either or both.
