I recently booked a flight from MIA to MAD in business class, and my ticket just says 'business'. However, a friend of mine booked the same flight on the same day in business class, and his ticket specifies 'Flagship business'. He mentioned he can use the Flagship check-in at MIA, but I'm not sure if I can. Does anyone know what the actual differences are between these two? Are there any additional benefits to Flagship business that I might be missing out on?
