Question When Do Miles Expire After Transfer?

I came across some information, possibly on ANA's website, suggesting that miles expire at the end of the month they were transferred. Can anyone confirm if that's accurate? For example, if I transfer AMEX MR points on February 15th, 2025, would those miles be valid until March 15th, 2028, or until March 31st, 2028? I'm trying to plan my points usage carefully and would appreciate any insights or experiences you might have regarding this.
