Advice Wine Tasting Tours in Montepulciano & Montalcino

We're planning a trip that ends in Venice, and we'd love to take a train from there to Montepulciano. We're really interested in wine tasting tours while we're in the area, especially in Montepulciano and Montalcino. Does anyone have recommendations for specific tours or wineries that are must-visits? Also, any tips on how to get around and best times to go would be super helpful. Cheers!

For tours, I highly recommend checking out Avignonesi and Cantina de' Ricci in Montepulciano—they offer great tastings and stunning views. In Montalcino, you can't miss Biondi Santi. As for getting around, renting a car is ideal, but if you prefer public transport, look into local buses or wine shuttle services.
