Question Zermatt to Montreux: Golden Pass Scenic Worth the Detour?

Hi everyone, we're traveling from Zermatt to Montreux in June and weighing our options. We’ve heard amazing things about the Golden Pass Scenic route, but it would mean backtracking to Interlaken first. Is the scenic experience worth the extra travel time, or should we go straight to Montreux? Any insights or tips would be super helpful!
