Question Belfast to Dublin Train Tickets Unavailable in August?

Hi! I'm trying to buy a train ticket from Belfast to Dublin on August 6th through the link in my guidebook, but it seems like tickets are unavailable. Has anyone else experienced this or have any tips on how to secure a ticket? Is it common for trains in August to fill up quickly? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
