I'm planning a trip to Portugal and really want to experience some of the best dining the country has to offer. I'm particularly interested in Michelin-starred restaurants in Porto or Lisbon. Does anyone have recommendations for places that are truly worth the time and money? I'm looking for exceptional food, of course, but also a memorable dining experience. Any hidden gems or must-visit spots?

If you're after top-notch dining in Porto or Lisbon, you can't go wrong with Belcanto in Lisbon—it's got two Michelin stars and Chef José Avillez is a genius. For Porto, check out The Yeatman. It’s got a Michelin star and killer views of the Douro River. Both spots will blow your mind and your wallet, but hey, you only live once, right?
