Curious to hear everyone's thoughts on the best place to live in the US. My wife and I are considering a move and are looking into Florida and Southern California. Since I sell real estate, it’s important to find a place with reasonable home prices and a decent population. If it weren’t for work, we’d totally consider Hawaii, but the lack of transactions there makes it tough. Our main criteria are a great climate (we're not fans of cold weather) and a vibrant community. What are your recommendations based on those factors?

Florida and Southern California are both excellent choices for warm climates and vibrant communities. If you're looking for reasonable home prices, Florida might have the edge, especially in areas like Tampa or Orlando. Southern California, while pricier, offers incredible diversity and a strong real estate market. Have you considered Arizona or Texas as well? Both offer warm weather and booming populations, which could be great for your real estate career.
