Hello all, we were trying to find the best way to get from Ljubljana to Budapest. Flying requires some extra hassle with airports, and we were considering taking a train or a bus instead. Has anyone done this route before? What was your experience with the journey time, comfort, and cost? I totally agree that the train offers a wonderful experience! If you’re looking to soak in the scenery, consider the bus option too, as some routes pass through picturesque areas as well.
