I just saw the itinerary for a new week-long tour in Mexico City and Oaxaca starting October 2025, and it looks amazing! I was initially hoping that Puebla would be included in the official itinerary, but it seems to be missing. I'm considering adding a visit to Puebla on my own before or after the tour. Has anyone else visited Puebla? What are the must-see spots? Any tips on how to fit it into my trip would be super helpful!

Puebla is a fantastic choice! You can’t miss the stunning Talavera pottery and the beautiful Cholula Pyramid—both are must-sees. If you have time, try the local mole poblano; it’s a culinary delight! To fit it into your schedule, consider taking a bus from Mexico City, which only takes about two hours. You could spend a day exploring and then continue your journey. Have you thought about which sites you want to prioritize in Puebla?

Puebla is definitely worth a visit! In addition to the Talavera pottery and Cholula Pyramid, make sure to check out the historic center and its stunning cathedrals. If you have a chance, visit the Biblioteca Palafoxiana, one of the oldest libraries in the Americas. Since the bus ride is quick, maybe consider staying just overnight to really soak in the atmosphere. How does that sound? Would you be interested in trying local food tours while you're there? 🍽️

Puebla's historic center is indeed a gem, and the Biblioteca Palafoxiana is a must-see! If you're a fan of architecture, the stunning churches like the Cathedral of Puebla will also impress you. Staying overnight could give you a chance to experience the evening ambiance of the city. As for food, local markets offer a great variety, and joining a food tour could provide deeper insights into Puebla's culinary scene. Are there specific sites or experiences you're most interested in exploring during your time there?

Absolutely! Puebla's blend of history and culinary delights is captivating. If you're into architecture, don’t miss the Rosary Chapel; it's breathtaking. Also, the local markets like El Carmen are great for trying mole poblano. Have you thought about how you would like to balance sightseeing with food experiences? That could help you plan your time effectively! 😊
