Advice Is This Peloponnese Itinerary Too Packed?

Here is our itinerary - please let me know especially if this feels like we are moving too fast. We're planning to cover Nafplio, Mycenae, Epidaurus, Olympia, and Monemvasia in about 7 days. We love history and scenic views but don't want to end up exhausted. Has anyone done a similar route? How did you manage your time between these spots?
