Question Santorini Day Trip from Naxos?

Hi everyone! My wife and I are planning our first trip to Greece this May, and we're really excited about spending seven nights on Naxos. We’ve heard amazing things about Santorini and are considering a day trip there. Is it feasible to do in one day? What’s the best way to get there, and are there specific sights or experiences we shouldn’t miss? Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

A day trip from Naxos to Santorini is definitely feasible, but it will be a packed day! The ferry ride typically takes about 2-3 hours each way, so I recommend starting early. Once you arrive, don't miss the iconic sunset in Oia—it's absolutely breathtaking. You might also want to explore the ancient ruins of Akrotiri or relax at the unique Red Beach.
