I recently had an appalling experience at a restaurant in Toledo that was highly recommended in the latest Rick Steves guide. The service was slow, the food was not up to par, and it just left a bad taste overall. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation in Toledo? Are there any places you would strongly advise avoiding? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
