I just read 'The New Tourist: Waking Up to the Power and Perils of Travel' by Paige McClanahan and found it really thought-provoking. The insights about how tourism affects both travelers and destinations were eye-opening. I was particularly interested in the interview with Rick. Has anyone else read this book? What are your takeaways? Do you think it changes the way we should approach travel in the future?
