I’ve been reading several posts about the International Driving License (IDL) and its importance for traveling in Europe. I’ve traveled to Europe numerous times, and I’m curious if you guys think it's really necessary. Have you faced any issues renting a car without it? Or did having the IDL simplify your travels? I’d love to hear your personal experiences or tips regarding the IDL and driving abroad.
